• Applicants must possess excellent leadership, motivation, personnel and coaching skills
• Previous sales experience in an Authorised Dealership
• Be target driven with a proven ability to sell new and used vehicles
• Have the ability to discuss customer needs and advise on the most suitable vehicle
• Know how to generate new business
• Be computer literate with strong organisational skills
• Have the ability to work on their own initiative
• Understand the importance of customer care
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a confident and outgoing personality
• Have a professional appearance and manner
• Applicants must have full clean driving license.
