Audi Naas has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team based in Naas, Co. Kildare. We are looking for an individual with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record of in both new & used car sales. As a trusted representative of Audi Naas, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, helping them navigate the car buying process, and providing them with expert knowledge and guidance. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals 
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers and guide them through the car buying process 
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations or test drives to create a positive customer experience 
  • Provide customers with expert knowledge on the features and benefits of various vehicles 
  • Create and maintain a strong customer database to ensure follow-up and sales closures 
  • Follow up on all leads and referrals in a timely manner to maximize sales potential 
  • Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately & in a timely manner 
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction 
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of current industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within a dealership setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
  • Excellent knowledge of Finance Products
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
